Filter clan chat removes the specific words which is in their dictionary. You cannot put a lot of(infinite) images in dictionary of clan filter. And even they could, what about the download size of game?
It will be good enough for them to make chat posts selectable and copiable. Then you to link to your image. More generally, you could link to your discord thread. Discord already has all the anonymity and security controls that are needed, it doesn’t make sense for SuperCell to try to replicate that standard social functionality in the game.
Maybe a button that's not meant to block offensive image specifically but a simple disable/enable button in setting for player to sent/receive an image in general
I see a big potetntial to be abused. I guess the first gif/image that would be posted in clash would be not within the rules🤣.
