I have to agree with both you and Mufasa here, I think the whole friends list and private messaging features are indeed way too resource intensive and time consuming to build. Maybe focusing first on the existing scope of "your clan" features would be good. So refining the navigation, invitation/management of clan members, and the group chatting functionality, all of these would be a HUGE win for the experience.

Like another poster said, I'd love to see a way to integrate multiple clans. We've got two and right now there's no way to have our individual clans and a joint clan at the same time. Would be amazing if we could.

One of my clan mates made a good point. Possibly having the txt box at the bottom so that you don't have to scroll back to the top to write a response or have the newest messages stay at the top so you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom.

Like another poster said, the ability to customize the clan page or maybe add a custom banner for each clan. I ve done this for our forum and would love to be able to pull it into the app.

An elder chat area would be awesome! Good thing it's at the top of your list lol
