That stands for Barbarian Archer Minion (BAM). You can make many different armies, using abbreviations and acronyms for each!

There are other armies as well like Gowitch (Golems and Witches), and hog spawn armies (Which feature hogs and heal spells.) I tend to use a DWaG army (Dragons, Wizards, and Giants. Typically with lightening and rages mixed in.)

Works well for me!
