I saw one boat yesterday that wanted 3 crates of 8 chunks of fish each! I think that is excessive. I think 4 could be the max. It would be easier to help those crates.

I had no trouble with fish until I got the darn lobster pool. I really, really don't like having to do lobster stuff. Not only has it completely messed up my supply of fish - I used to even be able to help with fish boats - the time it takes to harvest one is insane. And I only have two spots in the pot.
i know I don't have to do lobster, but if it's there I feel compelled.
I agree entirely. That is how much my fish boats always ask for. Too much, especially repetitively.Quote:

Ever since they decreased the number of boats asking for sugar and cream, it seems that the number of fish boats has gone up to compensate. I had never gotten a fish boat until they made this adjustment; after, it seems like I get one about every other day. Now, sometimes I have multiple friends asking for fish at the same time. The worst part is that even if you have the fish in stock, who wants to give it up at the paltry number of XP per piece that they offer, when you can make items with the fish that generate far more XP than that, especially if you subsequently put it in a boat? I think if they changed the incentive a bit, people would be able to get more help with these boats, but right now, I agree with you, fish is the new sugar, for exactly the same reasons.

I still manage to get plenty of cheese and sugar boats :p And now fish and lobster boats as well. Sigh.
