Apologies for not getting back to you. I wouldn't have been much help though I'm afraid. I left TH9 back in April so haven't been able to play at that table (TH9 vs. X) for some time. The landscape has changed since then. However, by how much, I do not know. Some people are still using the Ringus designs and reporting success.

Np man thanks for your response, I still use the farming ringus with tremendous success since the day I arrived at th9 over 3 months ago and will continue to use it. Amazing base.

I took a screen shot of my base.. I am still trying to find ways to improve the base as I believe it is susceptible to air attacks. I would welcome any feedback/suggestions from more experienced players.

Imho you could switch AD with mortars, because unless you are in a joke war, nobody will use barch so your mortars can splash them.
Also a well placed jump spell and some pekkas might breach your core due to royalty and CC.

As a thank you to Peabak.
The attk wasn't that bright and my wiz cc roasted the giants, but the base held v well.
The wbs destroyed the middle of the wall from the elixir compartment, which meant they had to blow again to get another one. That rocks imho.
I'm also using wizards behind elixir storages so that archers don't kill them fast.

You realize you don't have an anti-hog base right...

I do now I guess...
Last hog attk was 2 months ago so I never worried, but the giants might go in the ring also, even though usually ppl wb their way to the core.
i'll switch back to classic ring and see what's up, though I never liked WT on the front line.

i used to use ringus too but the wizard towers were way too easy so i made my own
