I just downloaded this game on my Huawei H881C Ascend Plus yesterday. After 24 hours of play, I can't help but point out the similarity to Kixeye's Backyard Monsters. I used to play BYM a lot and quit a couple years ago. Don't get me wrong. I love the game so far. It just seems like Supercell just copied BYM. The only major difference is the platform where BYM is a Facebook game while Clash of Clans is for mobile phones and tablets. Where is the originality?

Backyard Monsters was released in 2010 and clash of clans in 2012.
Supercell copied clash of clan? Seems like it to me! We demand answers SC!

That's what it is now. They added a bunch of stuff over the years. CoC is basically BYM before they implemented the World Map.Quote:
