Why there is a Gem Price Diffrent between Andriod and IOS ?

Hi ... i am new here.
I found out that the gem price was different between andriod and ios platform.

Example :
Andriod platform the gem price for 14000pcs is USD 122.22
IOS platform the gem price for 14000pcs is USD 99.99

It was a quite big diffrent ...

Second question , i link my old account (andriod) to ipad and try to purchase the gem and it was failed.

What is the problem ?

Because the prices are set by Apple and Google.

iOS is run by Apple

Android is run by Google

They price it how they want

I run droid and the price for 14,000 gems for me is $99.99.
