Level 15 Clan Trying to Rebuild

Hello all clashers!

We have a level 15 clan named TacticRebellion that is trying to rebuild since the removal of global. Mostly all adults (ages 16+), we all have jobs so cannot play 24/7. I try to be active a minimum of 4+ hours a day, but need more members to help keep chat up. USA based, but members can be from anywhere. We do require that English is spoken in chat.

Wars are very important to me, and I am strict on who to hit, am HUGE on talking strategy and working as a team, and can be a little bit of a hot-head when it comes to people going all willy nilly and hitting whoever (like a th10 we just had that dropped and hit a th7). Unfortunately, as much as I try to plan to gain the most stars every war, our log is about 50:50. We would love some heavy hitters (of ANY th) that can follow rules and pull stars for us consistently.

We are currently made up of th7-12, but are open to any th level. If rushed, you will not be allowed in wars, but we will work with you to help fix your base. Most of our default donations include electro-drag, loons, wizards, giants, or dark elixir troops, just depending on who is online and what they have trained. We do donate specific troops as requested, however if consistently requesting dark elixir troops, some members who are hero grinding may not donate.

A little bit about the clan:
We have been open for about 5 years now. Most of our original players have "retired" the game within the last year, so we have been pushing to recruit some new and friendly mates. Our top season donations were most likely around 50,000 when we were full. Our average now would be between 10,000-15,000 but we are hoping more active mates drive those numbers up.
