Best place to put air traps? Poll

At th 9 with 4 air mines and 4 air bombs, do you think it would be better if I put them on the outermost layer or in the core? Mass drags got 79% and 2 stars with my air traps on the outside, but what do you guys suggest?

I put them at the outer core of my base, I usually get attacked by mass minion armies and these bombs do help a lot.

I'd put them on the outer most ring just because I like to destroy as many units as I can before they get to my base.

Mines outside for loons/drags, bombs inside for mins.

Alright that sounds better. I hate it when all my air bombs get set off by 1 minion

Yeah never have air bombs outside. I use one minion drops to set them off before dropping loons. Have them tucked in your base for when the horde of minions comes in.

With the red air mines I prefer them on the outside for those pesky minions. Preferably just far enough in the base that a single scouting minion won't set it off


I've gone with this for the black air mines as well because with their decreased range I find that tucking them too far into the base means a healer will either not trigger the mine or will do so after a good deal of damage has been done. With these its also not necessary to worry about a scouting unit, since no good scouting unit exists

Congregate your air defenses in the core, and scatter your air bombs evenly throughout the bumper (if you have a bumper). Make sure to use seeking air mines to cover air defense blind spots.

I usually like to keep the red bombs in the second layer of my base to prevent them being triggered before the entire swarm of minions is dropped.

The black air mines I keep in my core mainly because I am farming and do not want to have to rearm them very often as the cost is just too high.
