They are free because if you buy that pack, it is 500 more than if you bought however many of the 5$ pack to get the same amount of gems.
Like, 20$ pack=2500 Gems versus five 5$ packs for 2500 gems. With that deal, you get 500 "free".
No mention of buying anything, packs or bundles, in pop up just 500 free gems, supercell. You wrote it without these qualifications, expect 500 free gems plz.
It's an advertising lie. Most businesses do it. It's a "bonus", not a "free" item.

SC don't do pop up offers for free gems.
Which the lawyers make them do all that hardly readable, on for 5 sec, fine print at bottom. Eg t- mobile commerical. None of that here. They take enough money, and degraded loot system, pushing Us to use gems more. 500 free plz. No question of purchase as not mentioned.Quote:
