I recently tried letting new members learn from experience what it means to be in war, for the first war. They are only low ranked accounts in a war of 20-25, easily covered. However, having done this a few times, it seems to be counter productive. If they do not do things right the first war, in the second week in the clan, they seem less capable of fixing the bad habit. I kicked them, with explanation. They came back, and failed a second time. They want to get it right, but the problem is their war status is hidden away in a place they don't look at.Quote:
