My premmie th 9: tips?

I know my th 9 base is very premmie. I have only been there for 1 day but my th 8 buildings are lacking. Any tips for my overall design? I did some tweaks to Pingfao's grand tesla theme park to make it look like a combo of the th8 and the th 9 versions.
