I didn't max out my TH7. Skipped BK + DE upgrades, and the collectors. If you can grind out those DE upgrades go ahead, but I don't regret missing them since I can farm at gold league without using DE troops so no regrets. I'll probably regret later when I'm catching up on those DE upgrades but I would hate having to deal with inactive Builders more so I made a choice. :)
