If one of your devices have gamecenter then you don't need to worry for the other. My brother accidentally removed clash of clans on gamecenter for his ipad, but luckily his phone has the data, so he still can play.
Make a new gamecenter ID on the second device or you risk deleting one village. It's easy to make a new ID. Just go to Gamecenter (Settings on iOS 7.)
