Couple of random questions

You'd think at level 76 I'd know the answers, but you'd be wrong!

Trying to figure out if these are glitches in the system or specific to me.

Followers: I love that we can now see the Need Help exclamation point, but I only see mine AFTER I click on the helper. Then it stays there for a little bit. Is that how this is supposed to work or is are we supposed to be able to see it right away, like we do for friends?

Leaderboard: About 40 levels ago it stopped working for me. I can see the global leaderboard but the one of my friends never loads. I've reported the problem but never got a response. Anyone else having this problem?

Followers: that is the way it works. The loading only triggered when you click on the farm. And you see only 10 at first, need to scroll to see the next 10, then scroll again for next 10. Long list of followers caused crashing in the past. While GC limit is 500 and FB seems to be a hundreds more, there is no limit for followers. Top player from leader board got a number with 6 digit. It becomes impossible to let the game check all those farm (in the background) without freezing/lagging.

Leaderboard: how many friends you have? Long list friends is probably the cause. Try disconnect GC/FB then restart Hay Day (hence reduce your friend list to a minimum) then look again to see if the reduced friend list helps.

The exclamation mark/tab only works on my farm sometimes. I helped my daughter and the mark stayed on for about 2 hrs after I helped her. Sometimes the names never show up in the exclamation tab only in the friends tab. I have just learned to live with it, it used to really bug me.

I don't have that many, 66? Will try it. Thanks for the info on the followers, it makes sense now.

How do I Restart my farm?

My sleigh is missing. I've contacted Hay Day and they told me to restart my farm and then I should see Alfred deliver the package, but I've tried everything I know. PLEASE HELP!

They probably just mean you need to disconnect and reconnect with the Hay Day server. With Android devices, you have the option of forcing an app to stop (in Applications Manager). Then you can re-start it by tapping its icon, like usual.

Not sure how it works for Apple devices, but restarting the device will should do it.
