I have always been a completionist in games. The fact that I sometimes level up and have new buildings etc available without the funds to purchase them really bothers me. Is there a way to disable xp, so I can amass some coins (and level up some of my buildings)? I want to stay at the same level for awhile...
I am pretty new too and am struggling with the same thing. I avoid filling truck and boat orders. Don't get pets. Those get the most exp points.

One thing I noticed is that corn and wheat give the same xp. So instead of "wheating" for barn/silo upgrade items, I do "corning", lol.
No way to disable XP, but if you want to concentrate on coins, don't fill truck or boats orders. Sell, sell, sell, in your stand! It brings in the most coin and no XP. Also try searching through some of the older threads on the forum. There are many which give good advice about your particular question. Also look into the ones on wheating. Wheating gets you lots of tools and expansion items which you can sell for max price and fills your coin chest fast.
Do you get more tools with wheating than Corning? I know wheat takes less time to grow. If they give the same amount of goods per number of plants, then growing wheat should be better. But I can get more money for corn.
Theres a thread somewhere on here where several farmers counted the number of items dropped while wheating. I believe though i could be mistaken that the end result was that for every 60 odd to 80 odd fields harvested, one item would fall. The disparity in the numbers was tied to the level the farmer was. For lower levels it was the lower end of the range, for higher levels the upper end. There was a good bit of info in that thread, but the the result is still 1 item per drop regardless of the crop, so that's why short time wheat is preferred. The diference between wheating and corning is the time wheating does go faster but u will soon find that corning does sell better in rss! So in my opinion do corning! Cuz then u will "get rid" of it faster! And yes it does give the same amount of things for every 50 plot or such... And as our Lady says sell sell sell in rss and low lvl players are expected to take full prize for items (that is pushing the + button as far as can go)Quote:

I only do the first personal goal on the event board and then sell, sell full price in the rss till the event is done. One event I made over 1500 coins.
The boat score is an achievement award and when you get the the third level of that the reward is 50 diamonds:):)Quote:
