Looking for active hard working and chill clan mates

As of now we are a clan of 20 members with about 16,000 trophies and although we have people active throughout the day I would like to get the clan up in levels and the more people the better.

The clan is active in wars and clan games, 24/7 war. I my self the leader am very laid back and if you want to farm or stop being in war for a period of time thats ok with me. I am also open to any suggestions that may help the clan and elder is earned by 500 donations/ co is earned by trust.
