BloodBattalion | Looking to train a great LEADER for a lvl 7 clan / accepting merge

My name is Andrew, I am a lvl 224 th12 and the leader of TheBloodBrigade, a clan with a war record of 448-57 with a best past win streak of 104.
I am looking to train someone in every aspect of leadership and lead my lvl 7 secondary clan, BloodBattalion. You'll start out as a co and will get leader once i see that you are capable of the following:
Starting war lineups accounting for every member's status further than looking at red and green swords, such as upgrading heroes, inactivity, away on vacation, impossibility for the member to learn how to attack, if the member is rushed or cannot carry his war weight, if the member should be a .5 and is not, town hall ratio, and properly fill the lineup to an increment of 5.
Properly assessing and making requirements for elder/ co, and carry them out justly and without favoritism to prevent drama and benefit the clan
Being able to teach basic attacks for your town hall level and below, identifying what composition an enemy base is best for, and properly assign war notes considering a variety of variables each war, and making a general rough draft plan
Being able to be on around the start of every war to assign target notes, and adjusting the war start time so that the war the following day will start at a convenient time for you.
Being able to assess what constitutes a necessary reason to kick a member and what does not, and how to judge most situations.
Being able to have the basic maturity to not get into verbal arguments, understanding that your guys will not 3 every time, and provide constructive criticism to help them improve instead of berating them. (being 18 is not required, your character does not reflect your age)
Proper farming techniques for each town hall, and what should be priority upgrades for each town hall, and what they should do or not do once upgrading to a new town hall
Assigning bonus medals properly in cwl, and understanding how to assign targets in lieu of the mismatches to get most stars possible

If you are not a town hall 12 siege machine donations can and will be taken care of. The biggest thing I need is time and the ability to learn, leadership is much much more than giving orders. It's optimal that you have at least 2 hours a day to play normally, and 3+ while learning all this, if you are in high school and play sports AND do AP classes, have a young child, are newly married, working on a degree, whatever, life comes first, however this demands a lot of time, don't do it "just cuz". Once you are leader, I will NEVER ask you to send me members, I will actually send you many members as I recruit directly, however I would like our clans to remain affiliated as that is mutually beneficial. We currently have 33 members and will accept a merge.
