Unique, The revival of the royalty ....Seeking for mature,talkative,donating members

Hello Clashers,
A little bit of history
Our clan was originated from many clans, i was the leader of many sucessfull clans that all reached 10,000+. The first clan i made was called the bruhthurhud, later on we moved and went to The royalty (i was still leader of all these clans). After this we moved to The royalty II, and after a brutal clan destroyer got in and was accidentaly promoted when clicking kick. We moved all our best members to what is now Unique.
What is unique?
we are a elite group of members who are great at donations. I practically choose my best members of each clans to form our super clan :). Currently we are increasing in trophies and members as i speak. As for sure i know that my clan has very loyal members who are talkative while some are silent donators =). We are multi country clan, are members are mainly from the U.S but we are also in Arabia, Europe, and Asia.
The members we want
We are currently recruiting members with over 1000+ trophies preferably but bottom line is 900. We would like to keep a nice and great atosphere for our members since we have some who are still a child. So a key feature for you is to be nice,loyal, and talkative. We would also like you to donate as much as you can since we want everyone to be working hard. Also we want Mature members, which doesnt mean 18+ but means that you act mature and nice so on...New Update: we need age 16+ only members since younger children most (not all) will whine complain etc
Rules
We have many rules that you must follow or consequences would be no donations for you or a kick.
Rule number one, you must donate before requesting, we would like you to have at least 20 donations before requesting.
Rule number two, Please talk whenever your on. All we need from you is a simple hi,bye,thanks,no problem, from you so we know your are active.
Rule number three, If you see any rude talking from a certain player please report them to a elder or me so we could help you.
Rule number four, Do not question another players in game personality like how they say please donate when they have a request..
Our goal
our goal is a common one but just stay with me. We would like to rise through the masses and bring a unique environment for everyone. With ocasional farming seasons and trophy hunts we would be flying all over the place =D
Whats next?
All you need to do next is apply for our clan. But make sure not to request yet since we will think you are a hopper. We would eventually move into invite mode once we get a bit better :) Also just a heads up our clan has a green and white flag.

There is really no need to advertise this clan, because it will become the clan you wish you were in time. It's very good, I get donations right away and no lower than level 3. More than that you can request whatever you like if you are smart enough not to be a clan hopper or someone annoying. But what's really cool is meeting people like crimsondemon.

I left the clan I started a month ago to join.

Many people have started asking "how do i become elder"
so i should now explain that long and grueling journey
First we would like you to have stayed for a very long period of time. about a few weeks
Also we need you to do something significant, like starting conversations, or even getting highest donations for a couple of weeks
We also want you to be talkative, loyal, and a very donaty person xD
To prove you are u need the leaders approval, and two elders approval
Generally we need elders positioned in everytime zone there is.
Also remind people look below theres a request or tell people dont donate its a hopper...must learn the skills to detect a hopper
