This is a good idea. It could also be used by (co)leaders to poll if the clan is ready for war at a certain date/time which would remove the need for those threads that request the opt out to clanwar for members.
I love to see this in future.
We've been having such a need for this recently! Our clan system is majorly democratic, and as such we run the clan with a lot of voting and public choice. (By democratic I mean democracy and choice of the people, not the major US political party.)
It would be so much easier for us to vote on clan motions if we had a clan poll rather than having to catch every single member when they're online and wait for a response. I'm sure that many others can relate when debating things such as going to war, clan opinion on a push or other comp, and opinions on merging with another clan.
