Putting more loot into the system - 2 ideas
I'll not start a new thread moaning about the current loot situation, because there are plenty of those already. That said, I still don't think it was the right change to make, but can see that SuperCell is unlikely to backtrack now.
So, how about two new ideas for getting loot into the system. This is coming from a TH8 player currently hovering around the 2000 trophy mark, trying to max before TH9 upgrade. The biggest issues I find are that there are many bases with 30-75k loot, but this won't cover my army cost, and there are also a bunch of TH9/10 with x-bows and infernoes that will be challenging and unlikely to yield as much as the next loaded TH7/8 I find. So, I would like to be incentivised to stay in Crystal and not to drop down like most of my friends have. My ideas:
1) Each time I spend 580 gold to skip a base, put half that gold into their storage. That incentivises people to have good bases, increases available loot, and stops gold just being sucked out of the system.
2) With the demise of the loot multiplier, there is little incentive to attack higher TH's. How about a 2x/3x multiplier on the win bonus, for successfully raiding higher THs? Again, it puts loot back into the system, without making it harder for the poor TH9/10 players to save for their next upgrade.
Just some thoughts. Opinions welcome.
