Damage per second: 90 (per Lizard)

Mouvement Speed: 200
Description: Small, can climb over walls, and over buildings, making the enemy shoot at them, and deal a little damage to their own buildings. They go immediately to the Town Hall.

This is a terrible idea, 200 movement speed would allow them to get anywhere on the map in about 2 seconds, the dps per housing space is OP, so is the hitpoints. If they can climb over buildings and walls, go for the town hall, move at 200 speed, have 90dps per lizard, take up one housing space (per lizard, not per group), have 100 hitpoints, this means that you will one star any base in about 3 seconds and will be able to three star pretty much any base.
This is probably the single worst and most OP troop idea I have ever come across, I suggest you sit down and think about how OP it is.
