Names

In Clash of Clans, it only lets you look up a clan, and not their name; therefore, if they don't have a clan, we can't find them (if they don't have a Game Center account).

There should be a place where you can look up their names, maybe next to the "search clan".

Also, maybe a place to change your name if you don't like it.

Would be convenient if you were trying to look up, say maggiep0tat0...
But in a game of a few million players, not so if you wanted a Bob.

And TBH, there's a reason why there are less than 15 people on my GC
- so nobody can track me down. :p

You are really asking 2 completely different questions here, with only one set of responses. Personally I would be OK with a lookup feature, but not a name change feature.

Thats a good point, but you wouldn't really want to call your self Bob, or something normal, and also, I think it tells you if your name has already been chosen.

Either way name change is ruled out...
