Hi penguin! Unless you're a very active farmer who can make huge strides in his or her base, I don't see how you can keep up with your current base, with the stella requirements, which are upped every few months, unfortunately :/

We do require that our TH9's have witches unlocked. If you apply to the website we can go through your application and train in Apastron until you meet our requirements
