October 2019 Update Bugs Thread

I tried using the new player search feature to see how it works, but my search results stay stagnant no matter what criteria I put in. None of the people in my initial search have anything selected for their labels/tags, but I imagine quite a few people have already added this to their profile. Why is the search not bringing any of those people up? Am I only given a limited pool to search, and just don’t have anyone using the new feature yet?

TLDR: Player search isn’t working. Does the player search function search all players or just a limited pool of players?

I’ve been having the same issue. I’m hoping it will be addressed fairly soon.

This would probably be fixed by opting people out automatically, then, when people want it they can select the options.

It's a strange one, maybe they wanted it to take a week for everyone to pay attention and select their styles? Seems odd, but that's what's happening.

Every time I log onto my account a year old message from support pops up.

I have same problem. I assume there has to be another thread about this. What are we doing wrong?

Nothing atall mate, just need to wait for alot more people to choose their selections and get lucky.

Unless SC automatically opt everyone out and then make people do their selections in order to get into the recruitment system, which, to me, makes a bit more sense.

Cant change hero skin, it says "Downloading Skin" but skin wont appear

I’m getting this too, but not just on the account that had the message in it, it seems to transfer the exclamation point as I hop between my accounts on the iPad, super annoying :( Tried clicking “close” but it still keeps appearing!

So now we don't have a recruitment system and we don't have global. I really hope they get things sorted out as soon as possible.

I heard many players: "I don't select any labels because that would mean that im searching another clan".
