I've been collecting blue tokens to get a second donkey to keep my first one company, was delighted to get the 20th just now by filling a boat, went to buy him (even woke-up 1st donkey to welcome new one), am sooooooo dissapointed, am not allowed to buy a second !?!?!?!
I've seen 2 on other farms, I'm guessing my level's too low? (50) anyone know when I can get another please?j
I am not sure why it won't let you get a second but your comment that you woke up the first donkey to welcome the second was so cute! That touched my heart. I'm sure someone will be along soon with a proper reply. I hope you get the new donkey soon for lonely donkey :)
Edit: I looked at mine. It says I can have 2 and I had only one so it said "1\2". Does yours say that? Or just 1\1?

If I'm correct the second Donkey becomes available around lvl 55?
I know I've read the correct level somewhere on this forum but don't know where anymore.
you have to be level 55, I have just made it to that level and am now allowed another donkey, unfortunately don't have enough blue vouchers as yet.
I was saving for my second donkey as well and my granddaughter said you can't get one so now I have enough just waiting I'm now lvl 51 and still can't
Thank you for the answer tho I still feel disappointed, I was so looking forward to having a friend for my donkey. The horses won't have anything to do with him & he's so lonely that he's been hanging around the goat pen trying to get in (or trying to let them out.)
Just noticed too that I'm not allowed any cats -what's with this big brother stuff?
I'll buy another pen-full (?) of goats & put his shed between them & he'll have to make do with them until level 55. Thanks again for the swift answer :) :) :)
What a caring mum you are, welcome. I will send Jerry Lewis, my donkey, around. Although he may get lost, he is a little flakey.

I just confirmed with someone who is level 25 and they can get cats so you should be able to as well.
I am sorry to hear your donkey is lonely, mine is just greedy, he seems to require carrots every 5 minutes, luckily he looks so cute when he is eating them I forgive him. Wish we could name our pets, would be fun.
