Level 6 Wall Cost: 75,000 Gold

Level 10 Wall Cost: 3,000,000 Gold

To buy a wall and upgrade it to Level 11 costs 8,821,200 Gold
For Town Hall 10, you have 250 Walls to upgrade.
250 Walls * 8,821,200 Gold = 2,205,300,000 Gold
This means, excluding all other defensive building costs, "Next" button costs, and Town Hall upgrade costs, that you will have to make 2,205,300,000 Gold in order to upgrade all your walls to Level 11, or "Zap" Walls.
Now, let's look at the aspect of time.
Attack Time = Average Time spent searching/attacking. This does not account for time spent training/waiting for troops.
Army Training Time = Average Time spent waiting for an army to train, not including spells.
Average Profit = Average loot gained from every attack (Gold specifically).
Amount of Raids = Amount of attacks needed.
This is theoretical. It does not account for loot lost in defenses and other gold costs such as the "Next" Button.
Formula For Finding Time Spent Attacking to Reach "Zap" Walls:
(2,205,300,000 Gold) / (Average Profit) = Amount of Raids
(Amount of Raids) * (Attack Time) = Total Attack Time
Say there was a fictional player, "Bob", who had an Attack Time of 7 Minutes, and an Average Profit of 120k Gold.
(2,205,300,000 Gold) / (120,000 Gold) = 18,377.5 Raids
(18,377.5 Raids) * (7 Minutes) = 128,642 Minutes
Formula For Finding Time Spent Attacking And Waiting For Army To Train to Reach "Zap" Walls:
(2,205,300,000 Gold) / (Average Profit) = Amount of Raids
(Amount of Raids) * (Attack Time + Army Training Time) = Total Time
Say there was another fictional player, "Joe", who had an Attack Time of 8 Minutes, an Army Training Time of 15 Minutes, and an Average Profit of 130k Gold.
(2,205,300,000 Gold) / (130,000 Gold) = 16,963.8462 Raids
(16,963.8462 Raids) * (8 Minutes + 15 Minutes) = 390,168.463 Minutes
390,168.463 Minutes / 60 Minutes = 6,502.8077 Hours
6,502.8077 Hours / 24 Hours = 270.950321 Days, which is approximately 271 Days.
"Joe" will need to spend a minimum of 271 Days playing Clash of Clans with the averages he has.
That's a lot of time spent playing Clash of Clans. :p
