Would CoC be better if you had to pay for it?

This was my first time playing something like this. Wanted to compete with everyone just based on tactics/strategy, not money put into the game. That said, know SC has to make money, so I think I would've paid something (everyone pays the same amount) to play the game against everyone all on equal footing. Instead I have to compete with someone else's bank account.

Wonder if SC had any idea people would pay so much to be at the top! Although there probably was some precedent with the World of Warcraft and all the money that went into that game.

Really? I heard that it was 10 million players that play this game from your community MOD Daddy. But let's be honest what is the real numbers of players that are active and non active.

You're right no game will be on top for a long time there will always be another game to knock it off. Life goes on..
