Account security: someone using my account and resources

I'm really upset with supercell right now. One of my accounts is being used by an unauthorized user. They have wasted my resources including gems that I purchased.

I did not make an account and buy in-app purchases to be used by an unauthorized people.

I did not share any Game Center info with any one, have changed my Game Center password three times, emailed supercell several times and I am feeling very ignored by supercell.

I suggest to all players in the community to not make any in-app purchases to risk wasting your money. It seems like supercell has no interest in resolving the issue as its been over a week with not one single response to any of my emails.

I'm thoroughly disappointed in supercell right now.

I don't have an issue as major as you but I have been waiting 2 weeks without any response at all. I have been told to just sit around and wait. The game is awesome, the moderators in this forum are very helpful as well as other players but the customer service reps are way too backlogged to work efficiently. I have several I tune cards I would like to spend on some gems but I am waiting to get this problem cleared up first. I hate to have to start a different game but not going to waste any more time and gems if I can't get just a little help from their customer support. :(

At this point I rather have all my money refunded and throw the game away.

If you believe your Game Center has been compromised then you should contact Apple as its part of their TOS.
You may not have given out your password but perhaps you have at some stage played on another device that you did not own or have been to a website and have been persuaded to enter your details.

If you have a ticket number from Cells email response then you could post it here in the hope a mod picks it up for you.

I have never played on any device other than my own, not been to a website that asked for my game center info. Can you link apples ToS or direct me to it please? I want this issue resolved ASAP.

SC's security is not the problem.

Here are your options:

A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
C) you gave your gamecenter password to one of those stupid, pointless, worthless 3rd party gem sites
D) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, thinking logging out of gamecenter or deleting the app will prevent them from playing it (it doesn't)
E) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a factory reset and they still have access to your CoC village.
F) a friend logged in with a clean gamecenter answered the prompts and transferred your village to their GC, and loaded it on their device late


Support may take up to 2 weeks to reply.

Its not that I don't believe you, I meant no disrespect. My game is obviously being used by an unknown unauthorized user, my resources and real $$$ (money) has been used by someone other than me. This issue has been happening for over a week now and I almost rather just have the village deleted. If I can't even play my own account, then why should some random person be able to play it?

You have changed your passwords which is why I am not able to believe it is a h@cker of any sort. Are you sure one of your family members aren't doing anything? You will have to wait for a reply from support. Have purchases been made?

If purchases were made then in the receipt email you can click report a problem and attempt to get a refund.
