Sunsetting Global Chat Channel in the October Update

this will affect casuals more than we think.

i for one, never cared about global.

Ha global, the game won't miss this at all. 👍

Global is like hanging out at a mall during the day with a bunch of kids that should be at school! 😂😂

I definitely agree in some way with you Piper. But for those of us that work grave yard shifts and our families and our clan members are sleeping at that time.. global chat came in handy. It kept the long wait times fun while waiting for army to build

I think I used the Global chat... Hmm like one time.. 4 years ago.. won't be such a difference for me but it is feels like a big move, hope the invested resources will now produce new good stuff!

Edit: hey the next update is in October!

Unfortunately it's over, but if it's better for the game, that's fine. It will be sorely missed because wait for me is still the best channel for recruiting new team members

Have u ever been stuck in the clouds? I'm guessing not.. one day when ur base gets higher in level and u wanna perhaps go to titan, have fun literally watching the clouds, because that all u will have to do

Frankly, I'd rather watch clouds. It's more entertaining than global when I've dipped in.

Logging in after a long long time just to say this, we will miss global no matter how is was. Global is the only place where I made 50 friends without making a single enemy. Hope Supercell has something similar coming...

Ridiculous. While a decent global is hard to find its nice to chat about clash and strats as well as life in general with people outside your clan. Perhaps taking some of your renewed profits and revamping it to a decent chat system would be a better approach.

Obviously many didnt care for it, but for many of us this will largely detract from the appeal of the game.
