Anyone else think clan elders should be able to challenge their clan leader for the leadership? If you get two or more stars you become the leader?
That is a terrible idea. If you want to be leader, start your own clan instead of trying to steal something that somebody has worked hard to build.
And for the record, if you were a member of my clan and I saw this post, I'd probably kick you out.

Normally leaders work very hard on the clan to make it a success and you shouldn't be able to coupe d'etat them. If you are really unhappy ...just leave that clan.

This is a great idea. A level 100 troll couldn't possibly destroy hundreds of clans in a day.:rolleyes:
I've heard worse ideas... just not many of them, clan leaders would just stop giving people elder and would have to run their clan completely solo, this would be a huge leap backwards for the game.

but unless you actually GIVE him leader he cannot 'assume' leader and kick everyone. He could however leave and take everyone with. Boom there goes all your hard work as well.

No, this would start into an extreme troll faze of COC and harassment would be unbearable.

To be fair I didn't think about the Troll thing, I forgot how serious people take this game. My clan's is just friends and friends of friends. I just like the idea of abit of clan infighting, it would create some good banter being able to destroy your mates. In my experience most clan leaders do ♥♥♥♥ all other than create the clan which takes about 10 seconds
maybe you should have to fight the leader to win your elder status
