This thread is about the DE troop Valkyrie. I think it needs to be changed whether its making its favourite target defences, new level or making it better in general. When SC made the hogs target defences it made them a lot better, will they do the same thing to the Valkyries or something new. So what does everyone think? :rolleyes:
They need to make the splash radius bigger. When they're defending as a CC troop, the swing is laughable, and they should be able to attack multiple buildings if they're next to each other. Otherwise, the fact that it's a splash unit means nothing.
Yes valks need another buff. However it's a very fine line between a buff that makes a unit good to use but fair to defend against and creating another hog fiasco. I don't think anybody wants massed troops that cannot be defended against in this game ever again.Quote:

I am thinking valks and wizards could be a really cool way of beating disco balls, although the last lime I tried this loadout for some reason the wizards ran east and the valks west, it was the funniest replay my clan mates had ever seen :)
Another idea just for the sake of putting it out there: Valks that target resource building ???
Increase the speed at which they attack and double the damage done to heroes. Problem solved :o
I agree with the above- I've never used or upgraded a Valk. They need something more to make them interesting. The most blah dark troop by far.
The valkeries ae radius should get doubled. It has high dps already.
With multi building ae the valk could have some use. It does need to go through walls, unlike the other units of the day. With the silly AI the valk goes all over the place in such a random way it really needs to be a stronger troop. I would love to send in 15 or 20 valks with a jump freeze rage combo at a well defended discoferno base. We need better options against anti healing infernos, and valks would be a very fun troop to use if their ae was more effective.
i think if they just lowered the time and increased the damage slightly it could be really good
