Petition to increase Legends League attacks to 10 per day.

In my opinion the number of attacks is not the problem. The problem is the hero regeneration time.If there is no regeneration time in legends then people can make 2 attacks every time they login, and they can handle much more attacks.
For me the magic number is 12 without hero regeneration time . For those who dont have time , this is like 6 attacks. For those who want loot , this is 50% more. For the competitive gamplay and people who just want to play more this is 50% more attacks . Also this is a good motivation for many people to join the legend league.

Players still have to "stay on the longest" to get their 8 attacks in. Just now it's not hours at a time just to find one or two opponents.

And If you are pushing for the top, what good does it do you to -reduce- the amount of attacks you're getting in, if your competitors are opting for 12 (in this proposed framework)? They're at the top in the first place because their offense outpaces that of their opponents.

1)i think 5 attacks are enough 8 would be tiresome since you have to do them everyday. now if they stacked by 1 day like starbonus and builder base attacks, then 8 would be ok.

2)i think legends should be able to attack unlimited just like every other league(8 attacks only for loot & trophies) beyond the 8 attacks you can do as many attacks as you like for completing clan games, season challenges, for practice or just for fun. even if those attacks beyond 8 would be against bot bases. current legends league restrict that so its value diminishes IMO.

3)you should be able to queue up 1 hour of hero regeneration timer. like you queue your second army in advance. that way you could do 2 attacks in 1 login. at current state, legends is simply not enough enticing.

I would like a legend league that let's you only be attacked as much as you attack. So for example, I attack 5 opponents on one day, I get put in the defending pool 5 times. The next day I am busy and only attack once, I also just get put up for defense once.

This would even allow for increasing the total of allowed attacks to 10 or more and not make those who feel it is too much unable to participate.

It would also let more people stay in legend league instead of constantly being knocked out because they don't attack enough.

Remember that Legends is meant to be a competitive league, to "crown the champions" at the end of each season. Your suggestion is too open for abuse, and manipulation ...

1) Do an attack, then await for a defend. If a good positive net trophy gain (I ☆☆☆ for +40 they only get 8, for a +32 net gain) simply stop attacking for that day. Attack only enough until a positive net gain, then no more.

2) Wait until 1 hour before the end of a Legend's Day, boost and do all 8! ;) Do you believe in the final hour I will have to defend 8 times also?

3) The deadlock condition! I am the very first player to attack on a new day. Whom can I attack? Nobody! I have to wait until someone completes an attack, so that they are placed in the pool for me to then attack, but they cannot since they are in a wait state too! Deadlocked all day, nobody can attack, ever! OK, so you say "if two or more players waiting, then match them to each other". That then is a "Versus" battle model same as the Builder Base. And yes, that PvP continues by definition for the entire day! If I satisfy the first 1,000 matches of the day by PvP, then I exhausted that pool and by definition must continue PvP for next 1,000, and so on.

I know some play Legends for the fun and challange, as I do, and some even to farm resources for final upgrades. But we have to respect it is also a competive league. In any league (NFL, MLB, NBA, etc.) all teams are scheduled the same number of matches for the regular season. Only thing that makes sense in a competive league. Yes, a team can forfeit, or be a "no show", but they are still scheduled the same number. So all are scheduled the same 8 attacks, and 8 defends each and every day. You attack only 6 times, hence you forfeited 2. You only defend 5 times, hence the competition forfeited 3. Standard competative league playing rules.

There is no reason to have players stay in legends if they are not attacking often enough. just like every other league, if you lose more than you win, you drop trophies and sooner or later you will drop leagues. This is the universe telling you that you dont belong somewhere if you cant make the effort.

There’s already a way for people to purchase hero healing time with gems. Why would we want to increase the attacks and make it more pay to win than it already is? The level playing field becomes more of a paying field​.

Agreed. That, and again, back to who can be online more (in terms of moving up in trophies, which is mostly what legends league is about at that point (since it’s primarily maxed bases who don’t need a lot of loot?)

10 is a bit much, 6 is maybe too little .. 8 is a good match.


In fact, SuperCell is probably crunching the numbers as we speak and will adjust the number of daily attacks to a level that fits most players.

His suggestion is that there be no hero regeneration time at all, which is the opposite of paying to win. He reasonably suggests players could log in and do two attacks in a row because their heroes are ready to go right away (waiting only for cc troops). If hero regeneration was removed (I don’t see it happening) he is right that we could increase he number of attacks while still making it actually easier to get attacks in. 12 attacks with no hero regeneration would probably be easier for many people than 8 attacks as it is now, since it only requires logging in to attack 6 times.
