New Level 1 clan

3 of us with multiple accounts left our clan and started a new one. Wish to keep it small, 15 total accounts. Need 5 more. We are very active and war constantly. Need 15 so we can do League Wars.
I own the clan and have 3 TH12’s. The other 2 guys have multiple accounts.
Looking for English speaking only.
Absolutely no rushed bases, preferred TH9 or above.
Preferably USA West or central time zones.
