You can buy gems through iTunes. With Itunes you can tie your credit card to your account and buy gems with your credit account, or use iTunes vouchers/ gift cards that you put into your account by using the validation codes on the back of the cards.Quote:

Yes you can use Visa Gift Card. You must register the card online first then in settings on your phone under iTunes and App Store, click on your Apple ID and under payment information put the Visa info as you normally would. If you don't register the card it won't let you use it.Quote:
