I think you need a new resolution:
- Stop underfunding customer support and make it somewhat useful :)

Best Moment -Discovering and playing COC for the first time(I remember when there was no profiles,replay shating,village edit mode etc...)

Worst Moment - Nothing really :)

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (As of 38 min ago for me)

Best - sense of accomplishment looking at my fully completed TH7 base with absolutely nothing left to do while TH finished - it felt like playing hooky.
Worst - Watching the very first Clan I joined disintegrate before my eyes because someone prematurely promoted to Elder kicked every non-elder when our leader was offline. Thankfully an update has mitigated this danger though I am still ultra-cautious about promoting ever since.

- Finding out about a great game
- Some epic raids, especially when I was still Th7 lol
- Founding my own clan
- Friends I've made

Worst:
- The time lag scam, which kills a very large part of the fun in this game for me
- So many hog wipes lol
- Counterproductive loot update
