This is a myth. it has been addressed several times before, the language is changed on your device - does not affect the server.
And there is no UK/US/Norsk/etc. servers - SC uses Amazon Web services. I posted about AWS earlier, see here:

There was this one time i got a 900k raid on the german server on my first search, but i think i was lucky.
I never knew how easy this was to do... never tried until now. But, I doubt it makes a difference.

No. I see player and clan names in all sorts of different languages regardless of which language I select. Changing the language does nothing but alter which global chats you appear in.
No, it does not make a difference. All it does is cause the game to reload and may give you a different matchmaking pool. Which has nothing to do with the language.
I just went through the German servers and it was brilliant, I got more loot than the English servers. As soon as i went back to english the loot was considerably lower :(
