Red Exclaimation Mark that indicates the request that someone applies to join the clan. That's what he meant.

We often miss these. An elder might be raiding and we might be talking. As people dont always read back, sometimes they miss requests to join and we lose the possibility of having a really good player in. Would love to see this implemented, full support.
