I actually discovered the program back when it was a startup project when I worked for an Architectural firm in Boston oh so many years ago...

I had retained a full version of it since I recommended the firm purchase it, a great recommendation that the company really benefited from! I was ecstatic when Google bought it and made it free, amazed when it was integrated with Google Earth and relieved when Google sold it and the new company decided to continue offering a FREE version of it.
