No there is not. Best advice I can give you is to think of what was left upgrading before the gems where used and guess from there.

i knew a guy who accidentally spent $100-$1000 on gems. if you contact apple they might give you a refund. They did for that guy I knew.
I did not purchase any gems yet. It was the free gems since day 1. Arrrrgghhhhh!
Sorry, gems cannot be refunded, but I think they can let you know what you spent your gems on, go ask SC Support.
