Day 3 -
Dear journal, I've sent bob out to chop trees and clear out some bushes so that my view from the castle won't be obstructed and I can see my village's Christmas tree in all its glory. I've promised my villagers a tree for the ages! We're all eagerly awaiting it's arrival.
Day 11 -
Dear journal, there is no more wood to chop, no bushes to clear, no logs to remove but yet the magical tree isn't here yet. I've talked with some fellow villages from my clansmen and they tell me that their villages are gifted with 2 sometimes 3 Christmas trees. It's only a matter a time before I get mine, surely.
Day 19 -
Dear journal, morale is low, our usual pillaging and plundering is marred by the lack of a Christmas. My army general, barbarian king George Estefan jr. tells me that the men have taken to putting up branches and dressing them up with frozen elixer, to make them look like Christmas trees. They look to me, yet I have no answers.
Day 24 -
Dear journal, I've waited and waited and cleared even the smallest debri, yet no tree! I even ordered our factories and mines be moved closer to the village, at the expense of my village's safety. Why do my clansmen who've been bad this year have multiple ones, yet I have none? I am, no, WE are angry.
Day 26 -
Dear journal, sorry about that outburst. I've come to only one rational conclusion: my village was kept from such a grand tree for a reason.
Day 29 -
Dear journal, that reason is clear now. DESTROY THEM ALL!! Any village, any town, any kingdom with Christmas trees, even if their economy is not worth my effort, I will raze their town to the ground!! All will know the wrath of a treeless Chief!
