Weirdest base ever !?

So i found this base while searching...My army has a healer and i was looking for the air defenses to destroy and couldn't find one...and i realized this base looks weird with the defenses
I know he gemmed his base but this just doesn't make any sense '_'

Like, he has a few lv11 canons but lv4 canons as well
no air defenses
only 1 wiz tower which is lv8
only 1 inferno which is lv3
only 1 hero which is lv 30
and more ...

Haha if you visit that Clan "The Hood" ( only 1 with that shield design) you'll find the Leader has a pretty funny Clan message listed - probably why its only him
