Suggestion to the Legend-League

The Legend League has been changed since the June update. Now it becomes more like the Builder Hall. No resources can be looted for defense, and the net change in trophies depends on your relative performance in attack to defense in 8 times.

However, some players still wanna practice their skills by searching opponents. Obviously 8 times is not enough for them. Borrowed the concept from Builder Hall, can those players who already finished 8 attacks be classified as another group, so that they can still searching opponents among this pool (everybody already finished 8 attacks) but neither resources nor trophies can be obtained?

I could just say generic - Do CW, FCs or drop to titans. But it´s actually a good idea. However, I´m not sure how many players would continue to attack with no loot gained. But perhaps we will see it in practice mode. If they add a few max layouts, rotate it on a weekly basis, ...

Err, pretty bad idea actually.
That will give a huge advantage to the players that are 24/7online again. Free scouts galore, no thanks.

Why would it give them an advantage?

I'm not sure it would actually be workable, but it wouldn't give an advantage beyond that gained by just practicing more.

How is that not an advantage?
For example the pool of ppl over 6K was real small and they were getting matched among themselves every day.
Now imagine you doing your 8 attacks and then just practicing against every other top guy's bases.
Unless you switch bases every day you are kinda screwed?!

why searching for opponents as a mean of practice is unfair and advantageous?

if Player A finished 8 times today, he would have the chances to attack Player B C D E and F who also finished 8 times today .... and vice versa these players can attack Player A and everybody else in this pool according to my suggestion. Both sides have the same chances to attack and to be attacked. I don't see why this is unfair.

Can I summarized your statement as: practice makes perfect is unfair for those who don't practice ?

What if I don't want everyone raiding against my base when I have done my 8 attacks for the day?

What does a 9th attack have to do with anything?!

Your idea is just bad, face it, you don't have to change your own rules on the fly just cuz you realized it won't work.

If such an idea is to be implemented which it won't, literally everyone with any common sense will just hold their last 8th till the very last minutes of the day, so their base doesn't get burned.

I think this is a great idea. No trophies or loot needs to be deducted from attacked player, but it gives peeps an opportunity to practice. I’m not wasting one of my 8 attacks on a method I’m not sure of. I’d like to give the skeleton spell a whirl but I’m not taking my chances on practicing on one of my 8. Even if we have to sign in an after 8 account for those that want to do this and get the extra practice.
