[Research] Inactive Base Removal
A topic of rather high debate throughout the forums is the removal of inactive bases. There is strong evidence including statements from moderators that SC will push inactive bases to the back of the search queue. However, it is almost entirely anecdotal evidence about how soon after inactivity the base will be removed.
As such, I personally took the incentive on my mini and let it go inactive to see how long after it going inactive would it not be attacked (with half full storages and easy to pick of collectors in Silver II, I assumed that if it wasn't attacked 24hrs after a sheild, that it had been removed (let's not argue euphemisms here, removed and pushed to the back of the queue are interchangeable here) .
To my surprise, I found that a mere two days after letting it alone, it was removed from the queue. [♥♥ will be added in a second of log showing the gap]
However, it would be an enormous assumption to say that my one empirical case shows the time, so here is my request, on whatever accounts you can, should you wish to participate, record the following pieces of information:
Last date played (a screenshot of defense log if possible):
Trophy range:
Anything building/upgrading?:
Picture of base (to determine if it may have simply not been worth attacking):
Lastly, when available, a screenshot of return defense log (showing original defense log date) and a gap of attacks of at least 24hrs after the sheild would've expired:
We'll see if the removal is tied to maintenance breaks or at random this way, since we can't seem to get a definitive answer from up top.
