Hello guys, first thing i would like to say is that it is very good to be back! Next thing... I have brought this subject up before but i feel now is the time to take action on this: a feeder/sister clan. As we have had a solid 45 members in omnium for a while now and we are currently full i was think now would be a good time
i would love to here your thoughts on the matter

Dk, Nem and myself are delighted to promote BasedGod into the position of co-Leader. It is clear that over the course of BasedGod's membership of Omnium that he demonstrates the behaviours and attitudes that are considered by the leadership as desireable. It should be noted that, unlike Elder, co-Leader is not achieved through the completion of a set of objectives but is earned through displaying, over time, the qualities which the other leadership consider appropriate for the progression of Omnium. It goes without saying that promotion to co-Leader is a very uncommon event so I take this opportunity to congratulate BasedGod and to highlight to our members the thoughts behind the current process.

Hey alex. Thanks for showing interest in Omnium. Unfortunately we at full at the moment so we can't let you in. However, please do keep an eye on this thread as it seems as though we may be steering toward a feeder clan which you would of course we welcome to join.Quote:

I think there are a few things we need to think through. Here are my initial thoughts which I hope prompt debate
1. Forum
I suggest we don't have another thread just yet. Let's wait and see if demand is there for one - and if it is, let's make one then.
2. Restricting entry into Omnium.
Do we close the doors now or wait unti Omnium 2 is fully functional? Given Omnium's strap line (All are welcome) and the meaning of the word Omnium, I'm reluctant to close the door until the feeder is fully functional.
We have to be careful not to dissuade high level players joining our clan (say by making them join the feeder first...)
3. Rules
Are the clan rules for Omnium 2 going to be the same as for Omnium? Suggest it might be a good way to start.
4. Promotions
not to elder - but to Omnium. What are the conditions? Do we have regular promotions and demotions (bottom 5 of Omnium are replaced with top 5 of Omnium 2 (less those run in Omnium 2))?
Omnium members....please feel free to contribute. Remember there is no such thing as a stupid question and there are no bad ideas here!

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say thank you to Nem, Dk, and Geko for the promotion, as well as everyone else in Omnium that has helped me get here and earn this position. I look forward to helping Omnium even more im this new role and cant wait to continue making Omnium the best it can be!
