Guys,
We should think about our attitude towards people who have been kicked out. We have situation that someone has been kicked out and he/she is back the other day. So there is no point of kicking.
Any suggestion?

In response to nem's post, I think if someone has been kicked out there is no coming back or we give them a one come back rule.
i think we take this approach with people that leave and come back.

clearly does not not mean that people who are kicked cannot come here to request re-admission without being kicked!
