Question about Clan Wars

Unlike most thread which are always asking when is Clan wars coming out I wanted to ask how is Clan Wars gonna work? Did someone made a official thread of how it would look like? I see alot of people wanting it to come out and that it would be a great update to the game. But all i can imagine is two players releasing troops and battling each other. Is that what everyone meant by clan wars? Cause if that was the case dragons would dominate all other troops (seeing as theres only a few troops that can damage air troops) Anyway this has been on my mind a while and hopefully i dont sound stupid I just wanted to get this off my chest:confused:

The reason for clan wars not released yet because apparently supercell haven't found a formula they like. apparently they like the idea of the clans clashing but they have not found a formula yet and many players recognise this conundrum and every now and then there have been posts i remember mastermind did one and many other players have.
