The wife and I never got it.
Add me to the list of dont have its. While I'll not likely complete the final goal, I did get the third & am working toward the 4th. I completed the personal goal within the first hour of the event.
Just a thought...I wonder if the bug may be tied to the different prizes received. For instance, I got poinsettias, snow lantern, and snowman, and didn't receive the sled. I've not compared which recipients got what in the other prize thread, but could it be worth a look?
Ok that's very helpful to know, GymGirl. I was thinking maybe if the players who received a certain set of prizes might be the same ones on the didn't get list, but apparently that isn't the case. That eliminates that possibility. I'm going to give it a few more hours as Cricks suggests, but am definitely considering not even trying to get the tree now. No use in squandering resources.
The two of you may be in the same time zone but that does not mean that you are on the same local servers, nor that those local servers are linked to the same server(s) further up the line, nor further up the line from there, nor linked to the same local servers in Finland, nor to the same origin server(s).
I've done this time and time again and, to be honest, I'm tired. The following is a link to a simple description of how the internet works. It would be best if you read the entire article, but even if you read just the first page, you'll begin to understand just how complex a path that sled has to take from SC to your device and how many opportunities there are for it to get redirected, stopped, detoured, and even lost on it's way to you.

SC does not own the internet. They do not own every single one of hundreds of servers, nodes, routers, and other components that one digital sled may travel through to get to you. They have no control over Apple's servers, the servers that pick up from Apple's and transfer to the next set of servers down the road, nor the servers your internet provider uses. If any servers or other equipment along the way get jammed, breakdown, are undergoing maintenance or replacement, or just overloaded, much of the information traffic will be diverted by the owners of that particular equipment to any number of other stops, thereby, delaying arrival of the information (sled/diamonds). If data is corrupted along the way, the trip is ended and the item never reaches it's destination.
Please read this linked article or, at least, the first page so you can attain some understanding of what is involved in getting a simple sled through Hell and high water to arrive at your door. Not so simple and straight forward as you thought.
whattt you can get a sleigh I want one though
I haven't gotten my sleigh either :I..
Anyone know what you get from the last goal for the event?
I'm 129/152 and if it's a snow globe (I already have one) I won't bother and just buy a carousel/more fences.
Edit: The last goal is definitely a snow globe.
