How Do You Find the Valley Experience?

WHY THE FOG??? If someone has answered this somewhere I apologize but I haven't seen an explanation for why we aren't allowed to see where we're going? What is the purpose of the fog? Gas is hard to come by and I hate wasting it searching for the cinema or fish shop or a screaming chicken in the mist. Getting gas/fuel is so much work that it's just not fun and that alone puts me on the fence of even playing the valley anymore.

Nick posted this reply about a week ago in one of the threads about the clouds

Nope, we can't get rid of them just like that since they are tied into other things, so it's not an option. We now enlarged the visible area in the maintenance, so let's hope it at least helps a little. Maybe even your CPU usage. :P


Hope that helps, for me it’s not helpful at all as I DESPISE the clouds & they make it very difficult but only to see where you need to go but takes enjoyment out of it!!

Has anyone else received a random reward, kind of like a treasure chest? Last night my truck suddenly stopped while driving to a building and I thought it had broken down, but as it turned out, it was a stop to pick up one of those random prizes. I got a cheese, which was unexpected and nice. :D

It is nice that sometimes when the truck stops, it is for nice things. Congratulations on your cheese!

Nope it is not nice. I got a “reward” yesterday. Was extra ticked off. When the truck stops it’s automatic, you aren’t asked if you want to stop to collect. So you collect, for me it was 5 blue tokens, then you have to spend gas again to continue on to your destination. My original fuel charge was 3 then I had to use another 2 to go on after the reward stop. Thanks for nothin Supercell.

Agree. It takes the original fuel and then asks you for more. Every time. Another equitable adjustment I hope will be made for future Valley seasons. 👍

This isn't my experience. Unsued fuel of remaining path is still there for me. Wonder whether it is a bug on iOS.

Anyone who encounters this, would you mind contacting Support in-game?

I thought during the trial, the valley had trucks moving around and vibrant activity. I am feeling quite lonely there and I seem to be driving in circles.

i did get a random gold voucher, but it stopped my truck and I had to use more gas to finish the trip.

so I basically get whatever fuel and spins I can and drive the lonely valley until I run out of gas :rolleyes:

That’s the problem I am having as well. My valley is mostly dead because my hood is already frustrated by it (lack of instructions on how to play, why the chickens, other hoods in the valley, inactives counting towards valley count, etc) and it appears other hoods in our valley have reached the same place. So how can anyone reach 250 chickens in a season from an inactive valley?
