Future updates. Higher costs. What do we do when the TH11 comes? Or upgraded defenses? The lvl 4 X-Bow is 8 mil. The lvl 8 Air Defense is 7.5 mil. What do we do when upgrades cost a lot. Will SC make upgrades cost more than 8 mil? Will they make another storage? Increase the lvl 11 gold storage? Will they make upgrades 10 mil?? ''....16mil is gemmer's territory.''-DEXTERITY. Every time you get attacked you will lose 600k. Gold wouldn't be as valuable as before. We need a plan. SC cornered themselves.

this is a good point i have never thought about how future updates will work, i hope there is a lvl 12 storage but no 14 mil upgrades.

Sounds plausible to increase storage level. There isn't too much space to keep adding buildings.

Definitely another storage is inevitable. It's not like they are going to make inferno tower level 3, 4 million because the level 6 inferno tower is already 8 million, leaving no improvement for level 7 inferno tower.

I think it's pretty obvious that they would add either more levels to storages or more storages.

another 1-2 of each type of storage would make most sense as upgrade costs go up since this would not only increase the max an upgrade can cost (due to being able to hold more than 8m) but would also increase average loot rewards for players raiding the base (likely higher level players since it would be a th11 or something).

Not to mention this would help farmers save up resources for bigger upgrades since more storages means total amount of that resource being spread out over more buildings, lowering the chance of losing the full amount in a defense unless getting 3 starred of course.

People were wondering the same thing when TH8 was the highest level, and now here we are.

I know it's still 2013 but i'll quote it now.

There is no level 6 inferno tower.

I also think that bigger storages will come. I think there has to be a sliding scale in future.

ie:

Defense level 1 = 4m, 7 days
Defense level 2 = 6m, 10 days
Defense level 3 = 8m, 14 days

Defense level 4 is released so they now change to something like this:

Defense level 1 = 4m, 7 days
Defense level 2 = 5m, 9 days
Defense level 3 = 7m, 11 days
Defense level 4 = 8m, 14 days

Basically just re-jig it slightly.

The second you make things more expensive than 8m and longer than 10 to 14 days you are pushing people to the limit, if you ask me. Unless they make loot a lot easier to obtain in the future.
